آخر تحديث: سبتمبر 2025 Last updated: September 2025- تقدر تحذف حسابك مباشرة من داخل التطبيق، أو ترسل طلب عبر النموذج تحت.
- يتم حذف ملفك الشخصي، العناوين المحفوظة، المفضلة، والإشعارات نهائيًا.
- يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير فقط للمدة التي يفرضها القانون المصري، ثم تُحذف.
- تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 30 يومًا، وتستلم رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند الانتهاء.
- You can delete your account directly in the app, or send a request using the form below.
- Your profile, saved addresses, favorites, and notifications are permanently deleted.
- Order and invoice records are kept only for the period required by Egyptian law, then deleted.
- Requests are processed within 30 days, and you'll receive a confirmation email once done.

الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وبيانات الدخول.
Name, email, phone number, password, and login credentials.

Saved addresses, favorite items, and notification settings.

What We Retain — and Why
يفرض القانون التجاري والضريبي المصري على الشركات الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير والمعاملات لمدة قانونية محددة. بنحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من هذه البيانات فقط لتلك المدة، ثم نحذفها. لا تُستخدم هذه البيانات للتسويق ولا يمكن الوصول إليها من حسابك (المحذوف).
Egyptian commercial and tax law requires businesses to retain order, invoice, and transaction records for a set legal period. We keep only this minimum information for that period, then delete it. It is not used for marketing and is not accessible from your (deleted) account.

Enter the email or mobile number registered on your ERB app account, then press Delete. Our team will verify and process your request within 30 days.
