a. All prices listed on our platform are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable taxes.

b. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, orders that have been confirmed and fully paid will not be affected by price changes.

c. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

d. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

a. We offer secure payments through Paymob Payment Gateway, including Visa, Mastercard, and local E-wallets.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations only.

c. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details; all transactions are handled by Paymob's encrypted system.

d. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

a. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

b. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and active phone number.

c. ERB is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

Please refer to our dedicated Payment & Refund Policy page for full details on cancellations and refunds. In summary, orders can be canceled within 2 hours before preparation starts due to the fresh nature of our products.

All content on ERB platform including logos, images, designs, texts, and product photos is the exclusive property of ERB. Any copying or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Our products may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. If you have any food allergy, please contact us before ordering. ERB is not liable for allergic reactions if the customer did not inform us in advance.

You agree not to misuse our website or app, attempt to hack, or place fake orders.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
